- Fees and Payments:
- All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your agreement.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Medical Disclaimer
The App provides AI-assisted diagnostic tools, which are not a substitute for professional medical advice. All diagnoses generated by the App must be reviewed by a licensed doctor before treatment. “IOsys Software India Private Limited” is not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.
User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including medical history and records. - Device Security:
You must maintain the security of the device used to access the App and keep login credentials confidential. - Compliance with Laws:
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Intelluctual Property
